With a Ph.D. in Social Work from IGNOU and UGC JRF qualification, I bring over a decade of experience in academia and social work practice. As an Assistant Professor in B.Ed at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, I not only impart knowledge but also coordinate NSS programs, fostering holistic development. My research contributions, including papers in international conferences and a patent for a “Self Learning Braille Device,” highlight my commitment to innovation and social impact. With a background in industrial relations and personnel management, coupled with a keen interest in multidisciplinary dimensions of social work, I excel in fostering inclusivity and promoting quality education. Through mentorship, project reports, and active participation in workshops, I continuously strive to bridge theory with practice, advocating for positive change in society.
