Ms. Mohini Taneja is an Assistant Professor in School of Law at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, Faridabad. She has completed her B.A. LL.B from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Thereafter she has completed her masters from Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, in Criminal Law. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. She represents herself as a student of law as well as philosophy. She is a reader and wants to remain a reader for the rest of her life. The immense pleasure of teaching and learning together is bliss for her.

She is a dedicated and dynamic legal professional with a unique blend of litigation experience and academic expertise, committed to making meaningful contributions to the legal profession. Possessing a passion for teaching, research, and practical application of legal principles, Mohini Taneja is well-equipped to inspire and empower the next generation of legal professionals.

Other than her academics and practical endeavors, she actively contributes to expertise and skills to a progressive institution and aim to enhance productivity while achieveing organizational objectives with a focus on time, managment, quality and discipline.

As an assistant professor of law, she is dedicated to fostering a dynamic learning environment that encourages critical thinking and legal analysis. Moreover, she is committed to preparing the next generation of legal professionals through innovative teaching methods and cutting-edge research. Her passion for law and dedication to academic excellence drive her commitment to shaping future legal minds.

Professional experience:

  • Visiting the Courts and Attending the Courts Sessions during the internship
  • Observing the court session and making conclusions
  • Experience the opportunities to be part of the PLA Organization (People for Legal Assistant) in Faridabad as an intern for one month.
  • Attended hearings as a representative of the firm’s client
  • Having three years of experience in tuition classes of different classes
  • Having 10 months of experience as a Junior Associate at Patiala House Court, Delhi
  • Having 2 years of experience in Teaching as an Assistant Professor and still Working at Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth as an Assistant Professor.
