About Centre
The center was established in 2024 with a dedication to researching human behavior in order to develop
innovative technologies for improving it and treating various mental health issues. Its ultimate goal is to
implement effective solutions in healthcare, education, business, and public safety. The center offers
extensive education and training programs to empower professionals with the most up-to-date insights,
while fostering collaboration among academic institutions, industry partners, government agencies, and
community organizations.
Objectives of the Centre
- Research Excellence: To gain deeper insights into human behavior across various contexts and
settings, research and studies are conducted to identify patterns, triggers, and factors influencing it.
To conduct high-quality research to improve our knowledge of human behavior, including its
underlying cognitive, emotional, and social processes.
- Technology integration: To include developing technologies like artificial intelligence, machine
learning, virtual reality, and wearable sensors into behavioral analysis and enhancement tools. Also
to involve creation of novel technical solutions for monitoring, analyzing, and changing behavior in
real time.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: To foster interdisciplinary collaboration among various disciplines to
understand human behavior, leading to comprehensive solutions for mental health, public policy, and
social justice. It will also focus on evidence-based treatments for behavior change and community
engagement to address social issues and advocate for evidence-based policies.
- To provide training and education programs which are designed for people of all ages to improve their
behavioral analysis skills and promote best practices. The goal is to provide individuals with tools for
personal and professional success. In addition, we prioritize ethical considerations by developing clear
guidelines to ensure transparent and appropriate use of technology in behavior-related treatments

- Vocational Interest Record- To assess the career interest of the students
- Draw A Man Test Children-To assess the personality characteristics of Children
- Personality Factor-A- To assess the personality type of the individual.
- Stress Coping Strategies- To assess the various stress coping strategies of an individual.
- Organizational Citizenship Behaviour-To measure the level of citizenship behaviour of an
individual working in an organization
- Job satisfaction- To assess the extent of Job Satisfaction Level of the employees
- Achievement Motivation-To measure the need for achievement of an Employee/individual
- Thematic Apperception Test (Indian Adaptation) – To assess the personality of an individual using
projective tool.

Research Project Topic: Correlation of mental and physical wellbeing in working women from rural
areas of Haryana.
Objective:
- To assess the factors impacting the health of women vis-à-vis the social and working status.
- To suggest policy measures for fundamental understanding of how sex and gender, among other critical
factors, influence health and disease, and to extend this knowledge to translational and clinical studies.
- To understand and address the biologic and social context of women & health.
- To assess the gaps in health systems which can help in plugging the loopholes which impact the
women health needs delivery.
- To assess the role of education and economic background on the health of women from the remote areas
of Haryana
Project Components:
- Survey in remote areas: Tentative budget amount Rs.10,000/
- Appointment and training of field executive for data collection: Rs 18000/
