Mr. Vivek Gupta is a hard working personality in both academia and industry, with a long and having decent career. He currently holds the prestigious position of Assistant Professor at the renowned Lingaya Vidyapeeth in Faridabad. His academic credentials are truly impressive, as he earned an LLM in Corporate Business Contract and a Ph.D. in Corporate Law.
Mr. Gupta has a multidisciplinary expertise spanning Company Law, Criminal Law, and Consumer Law. His exceptional portfolio serves as a true testament to his prowess, with book chapters, in-depth research, and work on design patents for human utility.
Mr.Gupta research acumen is undeniable, as evidenced by his master era he has done research on topic “EFFECT ON CONSUMER AND SOCIETY OF ANTI COMPETITIVE AGREEMENT: A CRITICAL ANALYSIS” . His expertise has been recognized on prestigious platforms, where he has delivered keynote contribution at the LINGAYA’S VIDYAPEETH in many research in esteemed university students of law.
Beyond his academic and research endeavors, Mr. Gupta actively contributes to the growth and development of both academic and professional communitie, he serves as an Associate Advocate for more than four years in District and session Court he also have done many Seminars and Conferences, and as a sought-part of Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and, enriching and empowering individuals in these domains.
