about-socm The School of Commerce & Management stands out as a leading center of excellence for management studies. SOCM was established in 2004-2005 with a vision to create world-class managers, entrepreneurs, and change leaders who can create new benchmarks of professional excellence in the industry. The department offers six programs: BBA, B.Com (Hons), BMI (Integrated MBA+BBA), MBA, MBA Executive & Ph.D. In the dual specialization MBA program, we offer specializations in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Business Analytics and International Business, Operation & Management, Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management, Event & Media Management, Management Information System, Health Care Management. We will introduce more streams in the curriculum as per demand in the industry.

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth and Institute of Industrial Development in that they will Educate, train and guide STUDENTS on various business models of entrepreneurships development and industrial nurturing of the STUDENTS through online portal and mobile apps according to the respective domain of education. They will also enroll STUDENTS in entrepreneurship development programme (EDP) or Industrial Readiness Programme (IRP), irrespective of stream of education. The project shall be provided to STUDENTS on quarterly basis in each year under these programmes.

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth and STS Digital Solutions, the sessions will be scheduled offline and conducted physically in the college premises through Industry Experts Visit in the Campus and/or through Visits to the Training Provider. The Training will be of 2 hours in a week, spread over multiple sessions in networked company’s premises to provide a real-time demonstration and training in social media optimization to students under the expert guidance.

The ICAI agrees to extend its support in framing the Syllabus for B.Com Program, B.Com (Hons.), Certificate and Diploma in Commerce Courses in the University/Institution and to impart subject related training to its Faculty.
