Mr. Rajiv Kumar Jha is Assistant Professor (Law). He is pursuing his Ph.D. from The Energy & Resources Institute, School of Advanced studies (TERI SAS), New Delhi.  He has also completed his LL.M. from TERI SAS, New Delhi & BBA LL.B. from Galgotias University. His area of specialization is Environmental Law. He had received Award for ‘Best Researcher’ in National Moot Court Competition. ‘Sustainable Development & A.I.’ is his major area of research.
