The Lingayas Vidyapeeth encourages the students and faculty members to actively undertake the research projects. The Vidyapeeth believes that the classroom teaching and research are highly inter-dependent. A financial grant is provisioned every year for undertaking research activities, publications, attending workshops and Conferences etc. The Ph.D scholars are also promoted to take up the research projects as part of their research work. The research projects are executed by self financing or through sponsoring agencies. The scope of the research project includes product/ design/ prototype development, process development (product as well as services), machine/ system development, software development etc. For the research projects, the collaborative activities with the industries and other institutions are undertaken by forming MoU/ work orders.
